Take Charge of Your Health and Self-Image - Fat Person No More

Welcome to my diet, nutrition and healthy foods blog. I decided to start this blog to provide tips and diet guide to people (especially women like myself) who are struggling to take charge of their lives by living healthy. I will include lists of healthy foods, information on how to get essential vitamins and minerals in your daily diet to increase your metabolism and energy for life, healthy diet tips and nutritional tips, as well as healthy food trends and healthy food recipes.

This blog will draw upon knowledge from my own personal experience. I have been obese, and I have worked hard to lose my excess weight, increase my stamina and maintain my positive energy for life. I have struggled with many of the issues that I will write about in this blog. I know how difficult it can be to want to be happy and healthy, but fail at it due to a lack of easy access to health information and a lack of motivation. It took me years to learn that my excess weight was only one visible symptom of the underlying negative unhealthy issues I had in my life. Even with that self-realization, it was an uphill battle to lose the weight and live healthy. You still need to have the information and positive reinforcing motivation at your fingertips.

It is my hope that this blog will help provide my readers with those two all-important attributes, and that my readers will find the healthy foods trends and healthy recipes, essential vitamins, minerals, diet and nutrition information contained in this blog useful.
